Questions
All three are part of my standard Tenterden coverage with no extra travel fee. Rolvenden and Wittersham are a quick run from the High Street, and Smallhythe is on my regular route through. Same-week appointments are normally fine in all three.
Yes — I do bridal bookings at the smaller High Weald venues regularly. We can either do the bride at home in the days before, or set up in a prep room at the venue on the morning. For peak summer Saturdays, book four to six weeks ahead.
Completely fine — my kit is fully portable and only needs a chair or sofa, a side table, and a normal mains plug. Tenterden's older houses are some of the prettier settings I work in, honestly. Just send the postcode and any parking notes when booking.
Yes. We use PAP+ (phthalimido peroxy caproic acid) rather than hydrogen peroxide. PAP+ breaks down stains on enamel without the bleaching chemistry that causes sensitivity — most clients feel nothing during treatment and no sensitivity afterwards. Available to clients aged 18 and over with photo ID.

Tenterden moves at its own pace — the wide High Street with the Town Hall, the Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway puffing away at the station, the antiques shops, the long views across the Weald. It's not a town built for chain salons, and I think it's better for it. I drive across to you instead. Whether you're in one of the Georgian fronts on the High Street, a converted oast outside Smallhythe, or a family home in Rolvenden or St Michaels, the appointment comes to your door for an hour.
Tenterden's nearest equivalent salons are in Ashford or Tunbridge Wells, both 25–35 minutes away depending on the road. That's a 90-minute round trip for a one-hour treatment — most TN30 women don't bother, which is exactly why they call me. Mobile turns it back into a one-hour task. The High Weald wedding circuit drives a lot of my Tenterden bookings: barns, country house venues, vineyards. Add Steam Railway day-out weekends and the antiques-trail Saturdays and you've got a town that actually dresses up more than people assume.
Across TN30 I cover Tenterden High Street, St Michaels, Smallhythe, Rolvenden, Wittersham, Appledore, Woodchurch, and Biddenden at the edge. I also reach Bethersden and Benenden depending on the day. Most of these are 5–15 minutes from the Town Hall and same-week appointments are usually fine, with Saturday and Sunday morning slots being the most popular up here.
High Weald barn weddings drive a real chunk of my Tenterden bridal bookings — venues like Smallhythe Place gardens, Hole Park, and the smaller country house weddings around Rolvenden. The Steam Railway day-out dinners at the Vineyard Hotel are another regular. Beyond weddings, I get a lot of women booking before family weekends at the Tenterden cricket fixtures, sixth-form proms at Homewood School, and big anniversary dinners at the White Lion.
