On the day, we arrive with everything — whitening trays, LED light, shade chart, consent forms, and aftercare kit. Just have a comfortable seat and a clear surface ready.
The full session takes 60–70 minutes. Most clients see up to 8 shades improvement in that single appointment. We'll show you before and after on the shade chart before we leave.
We go through aftercare before we pack up — what to avoid in the first 48 hours, how to extend your results, and options for top-up pens and follow-up sessions.

Questions
Yes — both Cuxton and Halling are part of my standard ME2 round. They're a quick drive from Strood Retail Park and I don't add a travel charge. Same-week appointments are normally fine in both villages.
Absolutely. Early-morning, late-evening, and weekend slots are my busiest, and a lot of Strood clients book before or after shifts at the Retail Park, the warehouses on Anthonys Way, or the call centres in Medway City Estate.
Generally yes — most of Frindsbury and Wainscott has on-street or driveway parking right outside, which makes the appointment quicker to set up than central Rochester. If you're in a flat just send the postcode and any access notes.
Yes. We use PAP+ (phthalimido peroxy caproic acid) rather than hydrogen peroxide. PAP+ breaks down stains on enamel without the bleaching chemistry that causes sensitivity — most clients feel nothing during treatment and no sensitivity afterwards. Available to clients aged 18 and over with photo ID.

Strood is the side of the river that actually has space to park, which is half the reason I love driving over. From the Retail Park down to Strood Station and up into Frindsbury, ME2 is mostly residential streets with proper driveways and easy access — which makes home appointments quick to set up and quick to finish. Whether you're in a new build near the Esplanade, an older terrace off Frindsbury Road, or a family house up in Wainscott, I'm at your door for an hour and out before your next school run.
The bridge into Rochester is the bit nobody wants to do twice in a day. If you live in Strood, going into Rochester or Chatham for a whitening appointment means crossing it, parking somewhere stupid, then crawling back over to get home. Mobile cuts that completely. A lot of my ME2 clients work shifts at the Strood Retail Park, the warehouses around Anthonys Way, or commute out of Strood Station, and a 7pm slot on a weeknight fits cleanly around all of that. No bridge, no faff, no rebooking because the kids' clubs ran over.
Across ME2 I cover Strood town centre, Frindsbury, Wainscott, Higham, Cuxton, Halling, and the streets either side of the A228. I also reach the new builds along the Esplanade and the older estates around Darnley Road, Knight Road, and Bryant Road. Strood weddings tend to be at venues just outside the town — Bridgewood Manor, Cooling Castle Barn, or the Ship & Trades down on the Maritime — and brides usually want whitening done two or three days before. I also get a lot of bookings tied to big nights out at Bluewater or in London from Strood Station, fortieth birthdays at home, and women going back into the dating scene after a divorce or a long-term break who want one nice thing done before the first date.
